The eligibility criteria as set for giving UPSEE exam states that candidates must have qualified the exam from any institution in Uttar Pradesh or must be a domicile of the state. The candidates need to present the domicile certificate for giving the UPSEE exam. However, if the candidate is from other state, they are also eligible to give the exam given that they won't be benefited with reservation benefits. They will be allotted to 20 percent of the sanctioned seats in private colleges affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). For more information you can refer to the link given below :
