After the class 12 exam you candidate can be a chartered accountant for joining in CA foundation course. After completion of 4 month study periods he can appear for CA foundation course examination. After clearing CA foundation course candidate should also prepare for CA intermediate course. After  completion of 1 year study for CA intermediate course candidate can appear for CA intermediate course examination. Competition of CA intermediate course successfully he can prepare for CA final course. These are the general procedure to be a chartered accountant after 12th class examination.
