Robotics is the combination or integration of Electronics Engineering,Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics and Computer Science. So as such it is not single subject to be defined. So if you want to program the robots(microcontrollers/microprocessors), go for Computer Science Engineering and if you want to work with the circuits, then you can choose ECE. So it depends on your interest and potential. So decide well.
