if you want to become a judicial magistrate then you can opt humanities stream in your 11th grade as it would be helpful to you to focus more on your goal. however you can choose any of the stream it doesn't matter at all but still i would like to suggest you to not waste your time by choosing science stream as it requires more studying hours and because of all you will get quite distracted from your goal.
