If you are in really in dilemma about choosing the branch then let me say you the process. Now CSE, ECE, ME, CE, Aeronautical, agricultural are in high range. And just google about the syllabus of each and every individual branch go through it and do the same for every branch. Like wise you can choose the good one and also if you want to get a job immediately after BTECH I'll just you to join in CSE , if you've only sound knowledge.

All the best.
You need to choose the engineering branch you are interested in. For example you are passionate about electronics and want to make your career in this domain, then Electronics and Communication Engineering is the branch you must go for. And if you are good in computers and are passionate about coding/programming, you must go for Computer Science Engineering. Similarly, if you have a good interest in electrical domain, choose electrical engineering. The branch should be chosen as per your insterest/passion and not on what others or your friends are going for. Then only you will be able to grow in your career and do good in the domain as per your insterest. For your knowledge, the core and most popular branches are Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical.
