Hello there. Yes you can join but for that you have to first clear the NDA-NA written exam and also you should have given the first choice of preference of service as Indian Naval Academy. After clearing the exam, you will have to clear the SSB interview, then only you can join the INA. You can also join the NDA in the Naval wing. There too you'll be given a Btech. But you'll have to be ready for some tough physical training as well. Hope this helps.
