Its very appreciable that you are so much passionate about your career.This shows you will definitely achieve what you want.Follow these steps to utilise this time for preparation.

Improve communication skills
Work on customer service skills
Be discrete when dealing with VIPs or royalty
Develop team working skills (you may have to work on different teams each day)
Develop numeracy skills (for handling cash, including foreign currency)
Try to Be confident in dealing with a range of people
Develop commercial awareness and good sales skills
Try to be able to work quickly,effectively and efficiently.
