To become a judge, you need to appear in the judiciary exam conducted in our country. The examination takes place in 3 stages. To appear for lower judiciary exams, you need have a degree in LLB with a registration as a lawyer under the Advocates Act. There isn't any requirement of prior experience. For higher judiciary, you need to have 7 years of experience in litigation.

For the degree in LLB Course, you can take admission in any of the law colleges recognized by BCI. The fee varies from college to college
