You have a good aim in your life. First, understand and decide which is the field you want to specialise in. There are many kinds of scientists. Some of them are:
Archeologist
Astronomers
Biotechnologist
Food scientists
Earth scientists
Computer scientists
..and many more.
It depends on which subject interests you the most. You can do a B.Tech course on that subject, and then M.Tech course. After that you can apply for you doctoral level (Ph.D). To become a scientist, you need to study hard. B.Tech and M.Tech degrees from top colleges like IITs and NITs are preferred more.

Scientists are mainly required in the field of physical science, chemistry, agriculture, space research and so on. With a research degree, you can find job in India as well as abroad.

So think and decide what you want to become.

Start by asking yourself whether you want to be like those people you so admire. Do you want to make a change like all the scientists do for us?  Do you want it for yourself or for others? Try to ask yourself if you will be happy with this choice? Next see what are the requirements for the course and do you possess the necessary qualities in you. A person can definitely do something if he wants to do it. Only your mind and focus should be in that thing.
