You can't cancel your registration in neet ug 2020.

But if you want to fill again the neet ug 2020 application form then you can do this by using another email id and another mobile number then you will get a new registration number and go forward with your new registration number.

You don't need to submit your old application. If you not submit your old application then it is automatically rejected by NTA.

on other hand you can correct your application form during correction period 15 jan to 31 jan.
