The allotment of the exam center for BITSAT is done separately by BITS.Today the correction window has been closed and very soon slot booking will see start but you will not be allowed to book exam centers via the slot booking process.
But, BITS allocates the BITSAT test center to all registered candidates but anything can be said after slot booking and last year BITSAT gave this facility to change the centre and its highly likely that they will give this year too specially because of this covid-19 pandemic.

Till now there is not any provision to change your exam centre of BITSAT exam, there are only some corners in which you can have changes , these corners include: you can change your preselected exam dates, and correction is allowed in all rest corners except email id, phone number, date of birth, address, gender ,name these rest corners includes qualification marks, spelling errors, uploaded photograph and signature.
Recently notification for the changes of exam centre in JEE mains exam was issued by NTA, and hope so the  same notice will be published for BITSAT exam but for now you cannot change your exam centre.
