In the information bulletin of NEET UG 2021 counselling it is clearly mentioned that throughout the counselling process only single account is to be used for all payment/refund purposes and if the account is changed meanwhile, then there will be complications in refunding and also refunding might get rejected. So it is not recommended to change your account details until you get your refund or admission process gets completed.
