Dear Sir/Ma'm, the procedure (if at all there is one) for changing the exam centre is different for different entrance examinations pertaining to different rules of colleges or it depends upon the examination body. I think you have forgotten to mention the name of the entrance examination whose centre you want to change, without knowing which we cannot come up with a satisfactory answer.
