You haven't mention you want to do graduation in which discipline, there's plethora of choice, at least you need to mention your choice of a course, then only proper information regarding eligibility criteria and other relevant details can be mentioned.

Admission process varies among colleges, for some it's merit based while other conduct entrance exams.

For example, BHU conducts BHU UET for admission to its UG programs and registration have already commenced from 30th January.In case of Delhi University, it's merit based except 14 UG programs for which admission happens through entrance test.
