The major documents required for BAMS admission are:

• NEET score card/ rank letter
• Class X and XII marksheets
• Caste certificate (if needed)
• Character and migration certificate
• Passport size photographs

Keep in mind that these are the most common documents required for BAMS admission and may also vary from college to college.

A gap certificate is required when we take break from education after 12th class.

It is an affidavit having self declaration and must be signed by a public notary or advocate with stamp. It also contains reason for gap which can be medical issues, financial issues etc.
