May be you have to pay the entire fee of tbe four year course, because you took one of the engineering seats of the college when you'll quit engineering, the seat will remain vacant for rest years as no admission will be done to that seat.
But it totally depends on the college, will they take the entire amount, or only a nominal amount for returning the documents.
