Can I get my certificates back if I would like to join in an iit after 1st year B. E

Yes you can get back all your certificates from any college if you take TC from that college.You will get all your documents which you have submitted at the time of admission except migration.Migration is provided by University in which you are enrolled.You need to give an application in your college admission cell .They will do all further process.
