May be the percentage obtained by you in graduation can bother a little , as the minimum percentage required for B.ED in UG level is 50-55% aggregate. But NCERT is now welcoming  aspirants for pursuing 4year B.Ed cource after 12th. The eligibility criteria is to secure minimum 60% in 10+2 in any recognised board. You have to appear in CEE (Common Entrance Examination) to enroll into the course. Hope this helps.
