Hello Shajiya Rahman, From my point of view or research Tulas institute dehradun is best for bsc agriculture because there is rating of Tulas  institute dehradun  is 4.6 out of 5 and roorkee college of engineering rating is 4.1 and some minor fees difference is also 2.72 lakhs at Tulas institute dehradun and 2.77 lakhs at roorkee college of engineering .

so i think Tulas institute dehradun is better for you to study bsc agriculture .
