From your question I am assuming that you are asking for the diploma in the computer science or information technology. And post diploma you want to do btech in one of the two.

If that is the case then you can go for the diploma if you are 10th passed student, However, if you have also done 12th then you can go for btech direclty as the eligibility is 60% in the 12th with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as the subjects.
