Well Delhi doesn't have that much good private engineering colleges except,

• Bharti Vidyapeeth
• Delhi Technological University
• G.B. Pant Engineering College

But you can get plenty of options if you move to Delhi NCR region like,

• SRM Institute
• Galgotias University
• Amity University
• Dronacharya Group of Institutes

However, generally that Branch having highest placement possibility is CSE , ECE and EEE But it depends upon your knowledge and interest else you won't be able to get a good placement so choose accordingly.
