hi ajay firstly I will suggest you that analyze your interest field because they are many courses as per your science stream like b.tech in mechanical, electrical, etc to be a part of the railway.

If you are interested particularly in government jobs,you may appear for SSC(Staff Selection Commission) exam.

You can register for it online too and minimum qualification is 10+2.

There is no separate course to study for railways jobs.Different jobs are available based on different qualification. And for higher posts you can appear for exams like SCRA (Special Class Railway Apprentice), which requires a minimum qualification of 10+2 with 50% marks. Also f or posts like station master/Traffic apprentice/Commercial apprentice ,minimum qualification is graduation from any group.
