Hi Joseline,

PU – Punjab University offers MBA in Retail Management, Banking & Insurance Management, IT & Telecommunications Management, Hospital Management, Infrastructural Management and Pharmaceutical Management, at its University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS). The university offers a total of 200 seats for all the programs.

For admission to the mentioned MBA programs, PU conducts PU MET entrance exam every year at its Chandigarh campus. First, you need to qualify the exam and then appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. A combined performance in all the three will lead to the admission offer at the University and its participating institutes.

The exam has already been conducted for this year on March 17. You can appear for the exam next year. To know all about the exam, kindly explore the link given below:

First, you should know your interest. Ask yourself if you really want to be a management professional. Do you want to pursue management studies by choice or just because MBBS is difficult/expensive?If difficulty is the concern, then you may find MBA difficult as well. If you really want to pursue MBBS, difficulty shouldn’t be a question at all. Now, let’s talk about Management. There is no eligibility to be a management professional as such. You can pursue graduation in any discipline after 12th. After graduation, you can appear for any national level management entrance exams (CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, IIFT and so on) to study MBA/PGDM – Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from well-established B-schools in the country. It would be better if you decide the stream in which you wish to pursue MBA.However, the first question remains the same – what you actually want to do? All the best.

As you said, you love Biology and that explains almost everything. There are government colleges in India which offers affordable MBBS programs. However, to get admission in those colleges, you would need to crack medical entrance exams like NEET – National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. To know all about the exam like exam structure, syllabus, application process, eligibility etc., please explore the link given below:All about NEETAlso sharing a free E-book on NEET-UG with you. Explore the same with the link given below and download the e-book:NEET UG If you wish to know more about other major medical entrance exams which can lead you to the colleges offering affordable medical programs, you can purchase Careers360’s Medicine Almanac which has all the information about all the medical exams, colleges, fee, cutoff etc.

You still have plenty of time to appear for NEET. You can start working on these two subjects (Physics and Chemistry). Try to understand the basics and clear your concepts. As long as concepts are clear, you can crack any exam. Take coaching if necessary. Solve mock tests as much as possible starting now. Eventually, it all depends on you. If you want to do something, you find a way to do it.
