Although renowned universities may require higher grades, most universities require a B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline with a minimum percentage of about 50–60% in order to offer an M.Sc. in Chemistry.  A university-specific exam or an entrance exam, such the Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.
