Hello,

See, in every city there are several government colleges where you don't need to appear daily or have 75% attendance, you can just go 8-10 times a month and at the time of project submission and all and there will no issue.Just try to find the college asking your friends in your area.
Or simply go for IGNOU. After successful completion of all credits of IGNOU and CA programme, you would be awarded B. Com (accountancy and finance) degree by IGNOU. This program will facilitate you to get university B.Com degree after passing CA.
