Arabhi, The correction window is the designated corrections facilitator. The email id is to resolve your queries and contact them for other issues for which answers have not been mentioned in the Informatiin Bulletin. NTA has mentioned in its Information Bulletin tjat once the correction window has been closed, it will neither  make any changes to the applications nor will it entertain any requests for making corrections to the applications. So it is highly unlilely that your email for requesting for corrections to your JEE Mains application will be entertained.
