Bharath University is also known as BIHER (Bharath Institute of higher education and research) and in 2016-17 the highest package for CSE was 4,50,000 and in 2015-16 it was 4,00,000/-. Also, you can check the placement stats from 2012-17 and accordingly you can decide -
