Not good means, whether you have failed in your 12th or you have just scored passing marks or it is around 55 to 60 percent?

You can get colleges in the later 2 cases but for the first case it is next to impossible.

You can get Hindu college if your percentage lies between 6th to 7th Cutoff list.

If you have just scored passing marks then there are various Open Universities Which provides this course you can apply there.
