Look  if you want to be in any government institutions  , then it's impossible at the moment. As many of the renowned institution have completed their application form process and entrance test. 

Some of the colleges mainly private universities / college's are taking admission. Few colleges in Delhi Ncr whose admission procedure is going on are as; 

• IIMT college of pharmacy , Greater Noida 
• Lloyd Institute of Management and Technology  , Greater Noida 
• Skyline institute of Engineering and Technology,  Greater Noida
