Yes, you are eligible to join Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV ) in class 11 though there is a 2 year gap after your 10th. KV admissions provide priority to children of Central Govt. Employees only, and since your father is a farmer, he may not be a govt. Employee, but you can get admission under the general category also.

The documents needed at the time of admission usually consist of:

• Birth certificate
• Marksheet of class 10
• Transfer certificate, if applicable
• Aadhar card
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Proof of residence

If you wrote an application to the Chief Minister, and he recommends you, it may help in presenting your case before them that you are keenly interested and may bring attention to your case. But finally, it is up to the KV administration, and there is no guarantee of getting admission automatically even with recommendations. However, a recommendation can make it better in some cases.
