hi,
I dont think age has any part of making a good score in jee main. you must study sincerely and make attempts of most of the questions with out doing much of negative score.
now see from this year jee main exam is conducting in 4 sessions, so this is giving the opportunity to score better in next sessions even if you can not get decent score in your first attempt. it also reducing the year gaps of students preparing for jee main exam.
you must have the confidence and make time table for every work including studies, house hold works, sleeping etc. do make short notes and revise regularly. once you complete your board exam syllabus you have to practice questions from a standard mcq books. I would suggest tata macgraw books for practicing. never loose the self confidence and believe in your self.
