There are entrances for a few PHD institutions.The dates for entrance and admissions would be declared after March by the institutions themselves  .

Manglayatan University- doctorate in Mass & Communication

Last date:- 16 January 2019

Entrance date :- 20 January 2019

Application fee 5000 Rs. And form can be downloaded from University's website.

Almost all Universities have closed their admission process for Doctorate program.  The process will start again from July 2019.
