Hello,
You can appear for it in the next year 2020, application form will be out at CBSE's official website in November most probably.You can fill it along with the subjects in which you want to appear.Admit card will be provided to you in February month and examination centre and roll no. will be mentioned in it.
Everything will be same as the Board exam but this time you will be a private candidate.
