Yes you will be eligible for CGC BTECH CSE. 

The Eligiblity criteria for BTECH CSE AT CGC is

Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following subjects - Computer Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Biology..

And you have got 60 that's even better. 

Selection Criteria 

Selection will be on the basis of merit in 10+2 followed by JEE Main score. Online counselling will be conducted for the candidates belonging to other states.

It is the official criteria but they admission to everyone no need of worrying.
