Hello,

In order to appear for UPSC, you need to pass bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, you need to be 21 years old as on 1st August of the appearing year, and the upper age limit is 32 years for UR, relaxation has been offered to various reserved categories, there is no specific requirement for aggregate, you can appear even in the final year, now IAS service will be allotted to you based on the rank you will secure in the exam, your question isn't clear as in you will be joining degree course in college along with preparing for UPSC, if you meant that you can definitely go ahead with it, you just have to balance your studies and preparation well.
