Hello aspirant, 

Here are a few things you need to take care of if you want Msc in Clinical embryology 

• You  have to have completed your BSc with Reproduction, Zoology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioscience or Physiology as one of the subjects are eligiblibe .
• You should  have not less than 60% at the qualifying examination.
• Also for general category the admissions will be made on the basis of merit in an all India EPSI National admission Test (ENAT)

So you know there are not many colleges offering this course ,the one college I know is the Kasturba Medical college KMC ,Manipal,Karnataka.
