Hi, usually you can apply for scholarships and fees aids in the universities itself. Most of the colleges have these facilities. Your scholarships depends up on what place you choose to do your post graduation from. The best places to study in is USA, UK. Other than the very famous colleges some other universities are Johns Hopkins University , Princeton University  , California Institute of Technology  etc. You need a bachelors degree from any reputed college with minimum of 50%.
