Different colleges have different fees structure. The fees of government college is less in compared to private colleges. The fees of government colleges are around 40,000 to 50,000 per year but the fees of private colleges are very high around 6.8 lakh per year. Some of the private colleges fees are upto 10 lakh per year. 

You can get into government colleges by giving exams like AIIMS, NEET, JIPMER.
