Server for the site must be busy what i will suggest you is try opening the site at off hours for example at late night or so i hope then you would be able to get access to it...    ALL THE BEST!

Hello SUBBA Rao, see, the site must be too busy to open BCI link because of the number of user trying to enter the site at a time or there must be some maintenance going on... So, i would suggest you at night near about 12:00 because at that point of time very few user uses the net...
