If you are determined about going for medical then choose PCB.

• But remember not everyone who chooses PCB gets to be a doctor
• Taking PCMB is a wiser decision as it opens up scope for a lot of of career. Career options open up in various fields.

And if You can take PCB combination then see which subjects the college you want to take admission in are offering with PCB. If you are ready to study those particular subjects well then choose PCB.

Otherwise if you don't want to study that particular subjects offered by the college along with PCB then go for PCMB.

At the end of the day your focus must be on Physics, Chemistry, Biology.

The other subject you can choose according to your willingness to study those subject because in Boards all of them will be important as Boards Score is important.

The decision is on you.
