Dear Shivam

All clinics offering the facilities of CT Scan/MRI/Ultrasound, etc. are required to be registered under PC & PNDT Act, since these facilities are capable of determination of the gender of a foetus. Besides that, all you need is the capital, capability and workforce for starting and running such a clinic.

For the sake of development of required knowledge of the working of these systems and other intricacies, you can choose to go for a diploma or undergraduate degrees in allied medical courses, especially MLT (Medical Lab Technologist), if desired. A BSc in MLT will help you get an idea of the field and the technicalities of it. For entering drug manufacturing business, a degree in Pharmacy can help you a great deal. You can go for B.Pharm for that.

Hope it answers.

All the best.
