Hi there.

The eligibility criteria of MAT 2019 says that one has to have a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university or institute.

Even final year graduation candidates are eligible to apply.

There is no age limit for writing the MAT examination.

Yes. You are eligible to apply. The eligibility criteria only mentions a graduation degree with no specifications regarding marks. So, yes you can surely apply.
