Generally the questions are not repetitive in cAT but are rather modified and twisted nowadays. It is always advised to solve last 5 year papers with solutions to get the understanding and areas to be focussed upon. The level of difficulty varies yearly, but the score isnormalized. If the paper is difficult you get good percentile even in lesser scores as percentile are relative. Recommend you to solve atleast 20 mock papers to become confident enough in choosing right questions jn limited time. All d best.

CAT is one of the important exam and has a good amount of difficulty involved in it.

Yes the questions get repeated but its not every year.  It was seen that sample papers from the year 2004-2008, questions to come in the exam is good.

The most important thing is to improve accuracy and speed in this paper so practice in a manner you don't get stuck for long.

In terms of difficulty the level changes every year and can vary from easy to tough. There was a good difference in difficulty level in CAT 2014,2015 and CAT 2016 with CAT 2015 was perceived relatively easier by candidates.
