you can do a simple b.a and after completing your graduation you can go for some diploma courses related with fasion dsigning.

also there is some courses available like b.a in fashion design, b. des in apprarel designing. or after graduation you can do master in fashion designing.

and there are some entrance test you may apply for like 

DAT, LPU NEST, NIFT Entrance Test.
