    Those are almost same, but I will recommend you for CSE. Because CSE is main, you can explore. Othewise you can also get streams like CSE specialization in Information Security. Such kind of courses provided by VIT, SRM or if you any tier 3 college, you have learn by yourself. Because that kind of courses does not provide any institution.

For ethical hacking you should first familiar with KALI Linux & all kinds of OS. Know the basics of them. Learn all kind of program, mainly python.
