as you said you are currently into BAMS, and you further want to have a career in dermatology and cosmetology,

you have an option as doing either diploma in dermatology for 2 years or maybe MBBS and MD in dermatology.

you can also get into design and fashion industry with cosmetics study.

but keep in mind the courses are although interconnected, you need to choose tge major out of them.
