Hi Aspirant!

As per the officials the date is over for B,Tech Lateral Entry 2020 and there will not be any option to change the form.Hence your chances of correcting the form is over now and there is no way of updating the form.Now just wait for the results and face the further changes you have to face as you will not be able to update your form.
