To become a  dietitian, you must complete an appropriate accredited internship program, take a comprehensive exam, and obtain a quasi-country registration or accreditation.

In short: nutrition and diet are very different. Many people study medicine, some go into research, while others work in the non-nutrition field. The strength of nutrition and nutrition lies in a wide range of basic education in mathematics and natural sciences such as chemistry, anatomy and biology.
