Hello aspirant  ! Stray round is the round of counseling which is done after the or with the mop up round.
It is conducted by the central authorities  to fulfill the  stray vacancies which are still remaining.
It is comes under the DGHS  - directorate general of health science  in the month of August.
DGHS sent vacancy to the institution to conduct the mop up and stray round counseling .
MCC for DGHS  is responsible in  allotting the seat in stray round .
Final stary vacancy round by deemed or central university for which there will not be any fresh registration if you have registered already.
