You should be 12th pass to appear in Foundation exam of CS which is first stage.After qualifying it you will have to appear in Executive Programme.
Or you can directly appear in Executive exam if you are a graduate with atleast 55% in commerce stream or 60%in other stream.
After qualifying executive exam you will have to appear in professional exam.

Company Secretary exam is conducted twice a year. Student is declared as passed in the Foundation or Executive or Professional exams, if he or she secures at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.
